Terms and Conditions For All Bookings.

By entering into a contract, you agree to adhere to the following terms:

1.0 A retainer of £100 in the form of a booking fee is required to secure your booking.

1.1 Booking fee’s must be paid within fourteen days of dated invoice/ payment terms to secure your booking.

1.2 A signed copy of the bridal contract must be returned within fourteen days to complete your booking and reserve our specified date.

1.3 The remainder of your invoice balance is split across two payments. The balancing payment of 50% is pay is payable within 7 days of your trial appointment and the remaining balance is payable one month before your wedding date.

1.4 The minimum booking number for makeup & hair services for weddings is 3 members of the bridal party to include the bride.

1.5 All prices are subject to travel expenses and parking charges (if applicable) and will be listed in your contract paperwork.

1.6 Any known allergies must be declared at the tie of booking, this ensure ingredients can be checked against the Artists products. If the Artists products are not suitable for the client, then the client may need to provide some of their own products.

1.7 Any payments not paid on time may result in your booking being cancelled.

2.0 If you wish not to proceed with the booking after the trial, you must notify the Artist in writing within 3 days of the trial appointment. Failure to do so will result in the balancing payment and remaining balance payment still being payable.

2.1 In the unlikely event that the Artist is unable to fulfil their obligations, the Artist will endeavour to find a suitable replacement for the agreed terms of payment. If the Artist is unable to find a replacement Artist, a full refund is provided.

3.0 The Client agrees to read, understand and be bound by the Terms and Conditions (T&C’s) and Privacy Policy of Natalie Willingham Makeup Artist
